Most recently he worked with Ericsson as Network program Director where he was instrumental to deploy Myanmar first private operator network. He has delivered complex project in Philippines and delivered nation first 5G operator network in Malaysia. He was also instrumental to formulate MS Project delivery and cost optimization Strategy based at Ericsson HQ Sweden. 

Prior to Ericsson Global, He was founder and CEO of Apex Telecom based out at Delhi, Apex telecom was providing Telecom services to OEMs and Telecom Operators.

He has worked in companies like Bharti Cellular , HFCL and Technology Transfer Group.

Mr. Sandeep has BE –Electronics and communication, he is PRINCE2® Practitioner Project Manager.
